A woman has been arrested in connection to a drive by shooting in the Upstate last year. The Union Police Department says that a house was damaged during a drive-by on Foster Street in the summer of 2025. Investigators say, a woman and two young children were at the house when the shooting happened.
Last August, a suspect Kemahgee O'Neal Jeter was arrested in connection to the shooting. Police now say, Katlyn Madison Rice was arrested in connection to the shooting, Monday. She's accused of driving the vehicle during the drive-by.
Rice is charged with three counts of attempted murder.
