Democratic presidential candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden joined V-103’s Big Tigger on The Morning Culture Tuesday and discussed a variety of topics. Biden discussed several topics with the host including his economic plan for the Black community“The biggest thing we have to do is get black families and individuals an ability actually accumulate some wealth,” Biden said.He outlined the specifics of the plan including creating programs to support black owned businesses as well as encourage home ownership. Biden also talked about the recent confirmation of Supreme Court justice Amy Coney Barrett. Coney Barrett was confirmed Monday and Biden discussed how he would handle the Supreme Court if elected.
“It’s never been done in the history of America, in the middle of an election, where already 60 million people have already voted, that they swear in a Supreme Court justice,” Biden said. “That’s why what I’m going to be doing. I’m going to be setting up, I’ve announced, a commission made up of scholars, constitutional scholars, republicans and democrats alike and have them put together the options to reform the court system.” Listen to the full interview below.
