Contest Rules 

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Audacy Georgia, LLC d/b/a WVEE-FM (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available on the Station’s website at https://www.audacy.com/v103/contest rules. As a preventative measure in light of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, copies of the specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules will not be available at the Station’s studio. To the extent the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this contest. 

Entry/Winning 

1. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Free Money Kitty (the “Contest”). A purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning. 

2. Listeners can enter the Contest by listening to the Station weekdays (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) between September 12, 2024 and October 18, 2024 at approximately 7:40am (ET), 8:40am (ET), 12:40pm (ET), 3:40pm (ET) and 4:40pm (ET) each day for the Station on-air personality cue to call (the “Cue to Call”). After the personality Cue to Call, the 10th caller to get through to (404) 726-9833 will have one (1) chance to recite the “Phrase that Pays” which is “V-103 IS MY FREE MONEY STATION NOW GIVE ME MY MONEY” for a chance to win the Qualifying Prize (as described in Section 5 below) (each a “Qualifying Prize Winner”). The Phrase that Pays must be recited clearly, correctly, and completely. Then, that 10th caller will have fifteen (15) seconds to guess the exact amount (dollars and cents) of the current “Jackpot”. A Grand Prize (as described in Section 6 below) will be awarded, upon confirmation of eligibility, to the 10th caller who guesses the correct amount (dollars and cents) in the Jackpot within the allotted fifteen (15) seconds and that 10th caller will win the current Jackpot amount (each a “Grand Prize Winner”). The on-air personality then will indicate whether the guess is too high, too low or the correct amount in the cash Jackpot. Calls to other numbers, including the Station’s general number will not be accepted. If the 10th caller wins the Jackpot, the amount in the Jackpot will be reset to a new amount for the next Cue to Call. Up to one-hundred and thirty-five (135) Qualifying Prize Winners will be selected, up to seven (7) Grand Prize Winners will be selected, and up to $75,000 will be awarded in this Contest. The Contest will continue until the sooner of: (i) the maximum amount of $75,000 in the aggregate has been awarded in this Contest; (ii) or until October 18, 2024. The maximum amount of all prizes awarded in this Contest is limited to $75,000. WARNING: Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts. 

3. The cash amount of each Jackpot will be pre-determined by Station prior to airing the first Cue to Call for that Jackpot. 

Prize(s) 

4. The odds of being the 10th caller depend on the order and number of phone calls received. Odds of a 10th caller winning a Qualifying Prize depend on the 10th caller’s ability to correctly and clearly recite the Phrase that Pays. Odds of a 10th caller winning a Grand Prize depend on the 10th caller’s ability to correctly guess the current Jackpot. 

5. Up to one-hundred and thirty-five (135) Qualifying Prize Winners will, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules, each win $103.00 in the form of a Visa gift card (the “Qualifying Prize”). Qualifying Prizes will be mailed to winners after each Qualifying Prize Winner’s completion of all required Station documents and verification of eligibility.  

6. Up to seven (7) Grand Prize Winners will, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules, each win the amount of the Jackpot that they correctly guess on-air (the “Grand Prize”). Each Grand Prize will be paid by company check and will be available within eight (8) weeks of each Grand Prize Winner’s completion of all required Station documents and verification of eligibility.
