R&B singer Maxwell, the headlining act at this year's V-103 LIVE concert on Saturday, March 30 at State Farm Arena, has had several looks since hitting the scene with his breakthrough 1996 debut album, Maxwell's Urban Hang Suite. From a round, curly afro to short twists and all sorts of hats and accessories, we know two things for sure about the man: 1) He can SANG, and 2) He's got style.
