$786 Million Up For Grabs In Powerball Jackpot

Powerball Jackpot Rises To Whopping $1.5 Billion

The next Powerball drawing is tonight and the jackpot is now estimated at $786 million with a cash option valued at $341.6 million.

The last time someone won the jackpot was on May 2 when winning tickets worth $20 million were sold in both Texas and Florida.


The drawing airs 10:59p tonight on WSB, and will be live-streamed on the Powerball website.

To play Powerball, purchase a $2 per play ticket wherever tickets are sold! For an additional $1 per play, Power Play can be added for a chance to multiply winning non-jackpot winnings.

The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are are not exactly in for favor since tickets are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom leaving a 1 in 292 million, according to lottery officials.
