Did Nissan finally beat Apple?

Crazy question, right?

Remember almost 10 years ago when Apple said they were going to build a car? Well…a few years later, Apple gave up on the idea…but Nissan was paying attention.

Nissan saw that the future was more than horsepower and handling…Apple showed them that connectivity would soon be king.

A recent survey showed that roughly one-third of everyone who was "in the market to buy" wouldn't consider any vehicle that wasn't easily connectible to their phones…and their lifestyles.

And that brings us to Nissan's totally refreshed '24 Rogue.   Sure… the exterior has been tweaked a bit, but the real story is the electronics.   You just might call Nissan's '24 Rogue a 5-seat cell phone on wheels.

And Google Assistant is the King of Connectivity on the Rogue's big-selling SL and Platinum models.  It offers always-on connectivity comparable with what you're used to on your phone. Just ask your Google Assistant to make calls, text, select music from YouTube, Sirius XM, or FM, give you navigation help and more.  Still want to use your phone? Fine. The new Rogue pairs well with not only the newest iPhones and Androids…but most older models as well.

So what else will you get besides constant connectivity with your SL Rogue?

Add a $1,200+ Premium Package and you'll get 19" alloys, heated leather seats and steering, an around-view monitor, power rear liftgate, sunroof, rear sunshades, roof rails, a 12.3" screen and a 12.3" instrument cluster and more.
You'll have a well-equipped technologically-advanced ride for under 40 thousand. Opt for all-wheel-drive and you'll just barely top 40K.

And if you need Infiniti-like semi-aniline leather, a dual-panel sunroof, and enhanced memory settings, go with a top-of-the-line Platinum version for just a few thousand more.

All Rogues come with 201 HP 1.5 liter turbos that should get you somewhere between high-20's and high 30 MPG figures.

But it's the SL and Platinum editions that'll give you that constant connectivity that'll give you an easier drive…and will surprise your passengers. Enjoy!
