An Intentional Life Club is partnering with The Legacy Center to co-host ‘Just Breathe’ on Wednesday, May 26th, 2021 at 7PM in observance of National Mental Health Awareness Month. ‘Just Breathe’, the free interactive mental health awareness event was created to educate the community on mental health, showcase local resources on self-care and raise awareness to reduce the stigma surrounding it.
Hosted at The Legacy Center, 3015 RN Martin Street, East Point, GA 30344, participants will engage in meaningful conversation, practice mindset activities to strengthen and support mental well-being and also have the opportunity to ask related questions! The event includes: Mental Health Advocates and Professional Panel Discussion, Gratitude, Affirmations and Intention Setting Interactive Forum, Meditation and Breathwork, Ask a Therapist Speed Dating and Networking with Intention.
An Intentional Life Club is a 10,000 member community, home of the interactive audio morning show, Set An Intention For Your Day hosted by the Soul Tribe.
