Wendy Williams has always been a vivacious, opinionated, and full of personality, however in "Where Is Wendy Williams?" we see a very different Wendy. Five minutes into the documentary we can already see that something isn't right. She's thinner, she appears dazed, and she has a couple of emotional breakdowns.

The 59-year-old former talk show host has been diagnosed with aphasia and dementia, which is the same illness that plagues Bruce Willis. In the doc, we see Wendy struggling with alcohol abuse and we see multiple instances of erratic behavior. This documentary you clearly see that Wendy is dealing with cognitive decline.

Another thing we learn in the documentary is that a judge has created a guardianship over Wendy's finances. Since the documents regarding that are sealed, there are no public details on what that entails.

Since news of her diagnosis has been made public, Wendy has released a statements saying, "I want to say I have immense gratitude for the love and kind words I have received after sharing my diagnosis of Aphasia and Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD). Let me say, wow! Your response has been overwhelming."

She goes on the say, "The messages shared with me have touched me, reminding me of the power of unity and the need for compassion. I hope that others with FTD may benefit from my story. I want to also thank the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration for their kind words of support and their extraordinary efforts to raise awareness of FTD."

Wendy finally finishes with this "I continue to need personal space and peace to thrive. Please just know that your positivity and encouragement are deeply appreciated."
