In what was a little bit of a surprise late on Wednesday evening, Atlanta United's George Bello was in the starting lineup for the US Men's National Team in their World Cup Qualifier against Honduras.
Centerback Miles Robinson started the previous two qualifying games and was expected to start again, but Bello's selection raised some eyebrows.
While Bello was subbed off at halftime of the game with the US trailing 1-0 (they would go on to win 4-1), those 45 minutes could cost him the chance to start on Friday for Atlanta United against Orlando City.
Atlanta United Analyst Jason Longshore takes a look at the work put in by Bello and Robinson and if either could see the field on Friday for United's biggest rivalry.

"It's probably unlikely. Bello only played 45 minutes, so could he be available, it's far more likely than Miles Robinson," explains Longshore. "Bello only played 45 minutes over the week, but it was last night in Honduras, there's travel and a lot of it is down to how he is feeling, where his body is, where his recovery is, but it's a possibility he is available."
