The Atlanta Hawks lost in disastrous fashion to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night, 112-111. After a missed floater by Trae Young, followed by miscommunication on defense, the Cavs were able to get the ball down the court to an untouched Lamar Stevens who made the game-winning dunk with 4.1 seconds left.

The Cavs snapped their 10-game losing streak to the Hawks, who are becoming known as the 'get-right' team. This is also the 10th time this year they've lost having a lead entering the fourth quarter.

There are five games until the All-Star break. If the Hawks don't win at least three of those, what does that mean for head coach Lloyd Pierce?

"Nate McMillan will coach the Hawks for the rest of the season," Randy McMichael said. "I think we're at a point with the Hawks where just not having enough bodies. Even though I can flat out say that if they had some of these guys (who are injured), I do think things would be different but it is what it is."

The Hawks are 13-18 and are 11th in the Eastern Conference standings.

"In this situation, where the Hawks are dealing with all these injuries and you're still in close games, you still haven't won a game that's been decided by less than eight points this season," Andy Bunker said. "Some of that has to do with decision making. You have to have a coach on the sideline that is giving you an advantage in some way."

"He has to be doing something throughout the 48 minutes that the game is actually played that you can put your finger on and say 'man, Lloyd Piece does this that makes us better, and I don't know what that is."

"I don't know what he's doing on the sideline that's actively helping this team win games that someone else couldn't do."
