We went into the Redmont Zone as Charles Barkley joined Dukes & Bell for his weekly segment and talked about the Hawks chances of winning a playoff series and who he wants to see the Hawks play in the first round.
Barkley talked about what he thinks the Hawks can do in the playoffs.
“I actually think they can win a first round series now,” Barkley said. “Let me tell you something, them against the Knicks is a pick’em series, them against Miami is a pick’em series in my opinion.”
“I think it’s great that the Hawks are doing well, they’ve been to hell and back, I really want them to do well and I want them to have a home series in the playoffs. I think it’ll be great for Atlanta, the city, it’s been a long time since the city has had some buzz on basketball. So I hope they hold on to the number four seed and I really want to see them play the Knicks, I think that’ll be awesome to be honest with you.”
