Atlanta Falcons’ fans were flat, Falcons’ players were flat, the pass rush was lacking again, and the Falcons had three straight offensive possessions end in turnovers. However, all of those things weren’t the worst part of the Falcons 34-14 loss to the Seattle Seahawks yesterday.

Former Atlanta Falcons Quarterback and now analyst for the Atlanta Falcons Radio Network Dave Archer joined The Morning Shift earlier today, and told Tiffany, Mike, and Beau what he thought was the most “disturbing” part of the Falcons’ loss on Sunday was.

“I think probably the thing that I would point to are the miscues.” Archer said.

Dave points to Kirk Cousins’ sack fumble that was recovered by the Seahawks and returned for a touchdown, the Falcons’ secondary having some miscommunication, having a breakdown, and giving up a 31 yard touchdown right before halftime, Younghoe Koo missing a field goal, and plays of that nature.

Arch does say he believes these miscues are fixable, but does believe that was the most disturbing part of the Falcons’ loss to the Seahawks yesterday.

It’s hard enough to win in the NFL without miscues, penalties, and doing other things to beat yourself, so the Falcons have to make sure they get all those things corrected before a huge divisional game in Tampa Bay against the Buccaneers this Sunday.
