After receiving poor marks in previous seasons, the Atlanta Falcons have appeared near the top of the grading from the annual NFLPA team report cards. Several criteria include dining services, weight room, locker room and more. Arthur Blank has invested heavily in a brand-new training facility at Flowery Branch and the dining area was renovated as well.

1,695 players, roughly 77% of NFLPA membership, participated in this year’s survey. The Falcons improved from 25th in 2023 to fifth this season. Other teams including the Los Angeles Chargers and Washington Commanders also saw big jumps in their rankings this season.

Notably, the New York Jets received an “F” grade amid their turmoil this offseason dealing with parting ways with embattled QB Aaron Rodgers. The Falcons, dealing with their own QB drama, were not affected in the grading due to an off-field issue.
