Justin Fields has been a seemingly unending topic of conversation in Atlanta. The Bears QB has been linked to the team via trade for weeks going on months as his current team holds the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft. The debate of if they trade him and where to has been raging on. It remains unknown at this time exactly how much it would cost to bring Fields home to the state of Georgia.
On Wednesday, Fields appeared on the St. Brown Bros Podcast and addressed his future. When asked his preference, he stated his preference would be to stay in Chicago but that he understands the business side of the NFL. That statement has been met with some questions after he unfollowed his current team on Instagram and spoke on his relationship with Falcons WR Drake London.
This is not the first time a player has unfollowed his current team and made waves. It has become a common practice to send a message that way in 2024 with social media being a main form of currency. A decision should be made soon with Free Agency looming in a few weeks.
