Announcing his latest project as an epilogue to his 2023 album, Michael, Killer Mike revealed the new 10-track album, titled Songs for Sinners & Saints, will arrive Friday, August 2.

Attributed to Michael & the Mighty Midnight Revival, the latter being Killer Mike’s gospel group, in an official press release, Mike expressed “I had a year to live with Michael, and I realized I had more I wanted to do with this sound before moving on.”
Ahead of its arrival, Mike revealed the record's tracklist. Among the 10 tracks are recent single “Humble Me,” which addresses Mike’s arrest at the 2024 GRAMMYs. The album also features a plethora of features from Offset, Key Glock, Blxst, Project Pat, plus a few from Troy Durden and more.
The project also includes reworked medley of original Michael tracks “Slummer” and “Something for Junkies,” now titled “Slummer 4 Junkies.” Talking about the medley in the press release, Mike said, “I always looked at both songs as one long play of sorts so this was a chance to try that out. These are songs that deserved another approach and now I’m torn on which version I like better.”
