Peter King joined Dukes & Bell to talk about the NFL draft and King says there is only one way the Falcons take a quarterback with the fourth pick in the draft.

King spoke about whether owner Arthur Blank will be involved in the decision.

“Is Terry Fontenot in love with one of the quarterbacks, is Arthur Smith in love with one of the quarterbacks? One of the points that I’m making is Arthur Blank can clearly tip the scale and if he chose to, obviously he owns the team he can do what he wants,” King said. “You’re not going to hire a general manager and a head coach and give them authority over a football team and then the first major decision they have to make you say ‘I know I said that four months ago or three months ago but here’s how it’s really going to be’ I don’t see him doing that.

“The only way they take a quarterback, I believe, is if Fontenot and Smith both love one and love the same one and obviously he’s still available at No. 4.”
