Being half Haitian and half Puerto Rican, Tigger was quick to ask the soul icon his thoughts on Bad Bunny's upcoming performance. "I mean, it's very interesting because you got Kendrick [Lamar] and then you have him," he says of the previous performance and Bad Bunny's 2026 set. "I just don't know what the folks are thinking right now," he laughs, "and when I say folks, you know what I'm talking about."
"He does something quite special for the culture, you know, and he's unapologetically from where he is and who he is," Maxwell adds. "There's nothing better than being kind of strongly, deeply in yourself about how you want to be. You need to know that as you move through the creative realm, because people will try you. So they can't try something that that knows itself, has a sense of itself."
