The Falcons veterans showed up for training camp on Tuesday and among them was LB Deion Jones who is currently on the PUP list.
Jones has been atop the Falcons headlines all offseason and with questions about the timing of his offseason surgery and his future with his team, 92.9 The Game Falcons Reporter Joe Patrick wonders if Deebo could actually break camp with the team.

"Deion Jones has handled this in a professional way considering the circumstance, he could be a better fit for another team elsewhere, but if a trade does not materialize, I think it's very possible that he could end up being a part of this roster," says Patrick. "The way he's handled things, I don't see him as a player you want to get rid of, especially when Arthur Smith is trying to navigate this group's mentality."
Despite his professionalism, Patrick does admit that Deion Jones is still more likely to be elsewhere when the preseason wraps up,
"I think that it's a better chance than not that Deion Jones is not playing for the Falcons this season, but you got to like the way he's approached the situation that he's in."
