With a six-game lead, this Braves team hasn't even peaked yet

After a small sweep of two games over the Philadelphia Phillies, the Braves have a six-game lead in the NL East over the Marlins, and they are ten games up on the Phillies, but can they get better? The Braves have six players in round two of MLB All-Star voting, and the number one vote getter in MLB in Ronald Acuña Jr.

A.J. Smith-Shawver has been a nice shot in the arm for the Braves, and Bryce Elder has been pitching lights out, but let us not forget that the Braves are going to get Max Fried back sometime after the All-Star break, and could get Kyle Wright back before the end of the season as well. Have I mentioned that Mike Soroka almost threw a no-hitter this week in Gwinnett? This Atlanta Braves team is the best team in the league, and favored by Vegas right now to win it all, but as Randy McMichael and John Fricke discuss, they aren't even at their best yet.
