Kingston Flemings feels 'great' abuot being selected by Hawks
With the eighth overall pick of the 2026 NBA Draft, the Atlanta Hawks selected Houston guard, Kingston Flemings, who joined 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes and Mike Bell on Thursday and explained after meetings with president of basketball operations, Onsi Saleh and head coach, Quin Snyder, he had a good idea of what the team was looking for.
“I kind of knew what they wanted out of me as a player and I knew I fit this team pretty well,” Flemings said and noted as he followed the draft and took notice of where prospects were being selected ahead of him, being selected by Atlanta was going to be a strong possibility. “I was really grateful for it because the Hawks treated me really well and going to a winning organization is always great,” Flemings said of being selected by the Hawks.
