Falcons take right course with reported Drake London extension
With the start of the 2026 NFL season just a few months away, the Atlanta Falcons reportedly made the decision to lock up wide receiver, Drake London, for the next few seasons, as his agent announced London and the Falcons agreed to a four-year, $141 million contract extension with $100 million guaranteed.
“Did the Falcons do it backwards?” 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes asked as he and cohost, Mike Bell discussed London’s reported new deal getting done ahead of running back Bijan Robinson. “The best player, at least the perceived best player, I’m not being biased here, we love Drake [London] , but that guy is Bijan Robinson and I think he’s being recognized as much around the league,” Dukes said.
“I don’t feel like you do this before you have to,” Dukes said as he explained why he believes the Falcons made the correct decision in getting a deal done with London ahead of Robinson. “I don’t think this is as big of a deal as some people believes,” Dukes said.Drake London 'proven' and worth new contract extension
