Dr. Rashad Richey sits down with Fulton County Chairman, Rob Pitts, to discuss the recent Commission vote to eliminate Fulton's ability to receive HUD grant money. Chairman Pitts promoted his new program that replaces HUD dollars and said it would cut red tape and increase monies available for Fulton citizens who need it.
