Growing up in a household filled with musical talent, particularly from his uncles, he found inspiration in the rhythm of life around him. Over the span of his career, Mr. Shake has had the privilege of collaborating with jazz legends, which has greatly influenced his musical style. His experiences performing at global jazz festivals have not only solidified his status as an icon in Atlanta but have also established him as a vital figure in the broader jazz community. Mr. Shake's dedication to his craft garnered a loyal following that appreciates his ability to fuse various musical genres seamlessly.
Later who joined Mr. Shake in the Milkshake Quartet was his wife, Mrs. Tine, who officially became a part of the ensemble in 2006.
