In a recent interview on 'Let's talk about it" with The Turners, Legal experts and trial attorneys Judges Dana and Keith Cutler, explored the intricacies of marriage and their journey as the first married couple to preside over a television courtroom show, “Couples Court.” After more than three decades of marriage, the Cutlers have become exemplars of commitment while helping couples confront relationship challenges through their platform.

The Cutlers shared their backgrounds and accomplishments, including Mrs. Cutler being the first Black woman to serve as the Missouri Bar President and their long-lasting bond, which has spanned over 42 years. Both come from families with strong marriage legacies, influencing their own approach to partnership.

Throughout their television careers, the Cutlers have witnessed a myriad of emotional cases, often dealing with infidelity and communication issues. One notable case involved a young woman who discovered, to her shock, that her partner was still involved with an ex-partner. The cutlers emphasized the importance of open dialogue and the need to confront issues directly, stating that they maintain a practice of arguing without making it personal.

The judges also discussed their love languages, illustrating how simple gestures strengthen their relationship. Mrs. Dana highlighted her husband’s appreciation for intentional time and effort, exemplified by cooking his favorite meals. Mr. Keith added that their relationship thrives on clear communication and mutual respect, even during disagreements.

As they continue their work on “Cutlers Court,” the Cutlers remain dedicated to helping couples navigate complex challenges and encourage viewers to prioritize commitment and understanding in their own relationships.
