Juandolyn Stokes, a radio legend with nearly forty-five years in the industry, will be inducted into the National Black Radio Hall of Fame in the category of "Best Talk Radio Show personality," this Saturday, October 7 th, 2023 at the Embassy Hotel.

Among this year's inductees include Tom Joyner, Big Tigger, Erica Campbell, Terri Avery, Gladys Knight and the Pips and many more prestigious honorees. The annual induction ceremony honoring personalities is the National Black Radio Hall of Fame's biggest night an "Evening To Remember".


Stokes is Atlanta's leading black female radio talk show host, ranking in the top 5 of black female talk radio hosts. Through Audacy Atlanta broadcast network, she engages her audience and listeners with daily news and talk on her No. 1 rated weekday talk show, "On Point with Juandolyn Stokes" on 1380 WAOK Radio.

Her radio career began in 1979 at WSOK Radio in Savannah, Georgia. Stokes then continued in radio at WCLK Radio of Clark Atlanta University and at News & Talk 1380 WAOK. Her highly rated show has gained notoriety and recognition from her listeners and the community. She was recognized for her contributions in radio by Atlanta City Councilman Michael Julian Bond. She was given a Georgia Radio Legend Radio honoree award at the State Capitol from the Georgia Senate. Her work in radio broadcasting includes these additional markets -WPEG (Charlotte, NC), KMAX (Los Angeles, Ca.) and WGLB (Milwaukee, Wi). Her syndicated radio career includes the Sheridan Gospel Network, Bobby Jones Gospel Radio Show, Inspirations Across America and the Rejoice Radio Network.

Juandolyn Stokes was awarded "Announcer of the Year" from the Stellar Awards Committee and received the GMWA Gospel Radio Personality of the Year Award. As a show producer, creator and writer, she has worked with National Public Radio (NPR) and the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB).
