The Carter Center has set up a link for admirers to send well wishes to former President Jimmy Carter.

The Center announced over the weekend that the 98 year old Carter will "spend his remaining time at home with his family and receive hospice care instead of additional medical intervention."

Messages of "peace and comfort" can be entered on a Kudoboard located on the Carter Center website. Click here to send a letter to the Carter family.

The statement on the former President's health said that the family "asks for privacy during this time and is grateful for the concern shown by his many admirers."
