Dare the Falcons not draft pass rush at eight?

With the 2024 NFL Draft only a couple of weeks away, there is much speculation of what the Atlanta Falcons will do with the eighth overall pick. Everyone wants pass rush, but is that the smartest thing for the Falcons to do? Pass rush is definitely a need for the Falcons, but there are other needs as well, and it is widely thought that the top two pass rushers in this draft are NOT top-ten players.

Why not go for another position of need instead of forcing a pick of pass rusher that may not pay off top-ten value? The Falcons could trade back to a pick in between ten and fifteen and still probably get Dallas Turner or Jared Verse, then possibly fill another position of need with another first round pick that they would acquire.
