As the Atlanta Falcons hiring of Kevin Stefanski as their new head coach has been met with some displeasure from the team’s fanbase, 92-9 The Game’s Carl Dukes and Mike Bell spole with CBS NFL reporter, Aditi Kinkhabwala, the Cleveland Browns preseason sideline reporter, who shared some insight on the Falcons new head coach and explained why there should not be assumptions of Stefanski and Shedeur Sanders not being on the same accord.
“You really, truly are getting a coach who is very adaptable, who is completely bought into player development,” Kinkhabwala said of Stefanski as she shared why she believes Falcons’ fans should be optimistic about the former Browns coach taking over in Atlanta despite there being a perception he has not been able to develop players.
“Kevin Stefanski came up with a very specific development plan for both of his rookie quarterbacks, Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders and he tailored them to each of them. It wasn’t just, ok here’s the plan for the rookies,” Kinkhabwala said as she explained Stefanski was intentional with working with Sanders, including setting aside “extra individual practice time,” with Sanders.
