CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Chicago Police are looking for the gunman who critically wounded a 34-year-old man at a North Side Red Line station Monday afternoon.
The victim and another man were shot on the platform at Argyle in Uptown around 4 p.m.
Chicago Police Sgt. Rocco Alioto said one man was shot in the lower abdomen, while the other grazed by a bullet.
"Both of those individuals are known to police. We believe that those two individuals were the targeted individuals," he said.
More shooting occurred on street level, police said.

"It's scary because I live in this neighborhood," Benites said.
On the sidewalk along Argyle and in the alley were markers where bullet casings were found.
Police say the gunman ran east and then turned up Kenmore.
No arrests have been made. Detectives were reviewing surveillance video.
CTA service on the northern leg of the Red Line was temporarily disrupted.
