CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A "leopard" has changed its spots and gone up for sale on the Far North Side.
For years, the house at 1623 West Estes Avenue in the Rogers Park neighborhood stood out from the crowd because of its distinctive leopard print paint job.
The Chicago Reader reported that the two-story home, also known as "The Castle" was also known for its parties.
But now the duplex, which reportedly has gone through several tenants and owners, has sobered up. It has received a more traditional paint job and it's on the market again. The asking price? $375,000. Check it out on Zillow.
