CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Chicago police are seeking a man who allegedly attempted to intimidate and extort workers at a restaurant in Lake View.
About 6:30 p.m. June 18, the man walked into a restaurant in the 800 block of West Belmont Avenue, carrying a brown paper bag that contained a note with a “criminal implication,” Chicago police said.
He was wearing a dark-colored shirt, blue jeans and red shoes, police said.
