CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Chicago Police say an airport shuttle bus hit a stopped police car near O'Hare Tuesday afternoon, sending several people to the hospital.
It was about 3:15 p.m. Police say an airport shuttle bus rear-ended a marked Chicago Police car that was conducting a traffic stop on Bessie Coleman Drive.
When the shuttle bus hit the police car, the police car then hit a Honda, authorities said.
Someone in the Honda -- along with at least four people from the airport shuttle bus -- were taken to AMITA Health Resurrection Medical Center.
A fire department spokesman says they were in good condition.
Police say the officer also went to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
