(WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Tenet — the Christopher Nolan summer blockbuster that was stymied by the pandemic — is finally coming to Chicago.

The Music Box Theatre announced Thursday it will show the highly anticipated film in 70mm in an "Early Access" run, twice a day, from Aug. 31 to Sept. 2, with only 50 attendees per viewing. Tickets go on sale Friday to members; and to non-members on Sunday. Tickets are $15 per screening for members and $18 for non-members.

Tenet originally was scheduled to be released in July.
