CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- Happy 312 Day - "a totally real made up holiday."

Goose Island Beer Company, known for its 312 Urban Wheat Ale, is celebrating the beer on March 12, otherwise known at 312, with free prizes.

Among the prizes are 24 bicycles! Because, you know, that's one of the best ways to travel throughout the city.

Goose Island announced on social media that starting at midnight and continuing throughout the day on Tuesday, March 12, the brewery will be hiding a total of 24 bicycles - one per hour, in different locations across the city.

CHICAGO: Tomorrow on #312Day we're hiding 24 bikes across the city and releasing one clue for each location every hour on Twitter and Instagram. Find the bike, unlock it with the code 03120, and it's yours. First clue starts tonight at midnight. Good luck! pic.twitter.com/xoITDghKaL

Goose Island's 312 Urban Wheat Ale was inspired by the city of Chicago and is described as "densely populated with flavor, 312's spicy aroma of Cascade hops is followed by a crisp, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body that's immensely refreshing."

The Chicago brewery began celebrating 312 Day in 2013, when a parody video of the 2009 film, “500 Days of Summer,” was made. The video "pays tribute to the contagiously fun Hall & Oates scene."

We dug into our archives to find past 312 Day parody videos. Leading up to #312Day we'll be sharing these videos before the release of this year's spoof video. Here's the parody that started it all back in 2013! pic.twitter.com/3CzLUnfmIX

In 2015, they made a video "Operation: Free Stoney."

In 2015 our #312Day video was "Operation Free Stoney," a plan to get one of our brewers out of the brewery so he could enjoy #312Day. Good luck getting this song out of your head. pic.twitter.com/bupGcJMaJj

And in 2016, Goose Island Beer Company parodied the “Friends” theme song.
