On October 27th, Chicago Police tried to conduct a traffic stop when officers say Isaiah Martinez fired a shot at an officer, but the bullet struck a police vehicle instead
On Wednesday, Martinez was charged with 12 counts including "Attempt - Murder - First Degree".
He also faces charges related to trying to flee from police in that incident.
