Chicago Police request public’s help in identifying woman found in Kilbourn Park last week

The Chicago Police Department has been referring to the woman as “Jane Doe.”

Authorities said she was located in Lucy Ella Gonzalez Parsons Park at Belmont and Kilpatrick Avenues in Chicago last Wednesday around 4 a.m.

After she was found, police said the woman was taken by ambulance to Community First Hospital on the 5600 block of West Addison Street. Officials said she has remained hospitalized and unidentified.

Chicago Police said the woman is African-American, in her 30s, about five-and-a-half feet tall, and 220 pounds.

Anyone with information should call 911 or contact the Community First Hospital’s Crisis Center hotline at 773-794-8395, police said.

No other details have been released.
