
CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) — Chicago Police are searching for the driver of a van involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash last week in Roseland on the Far South Side.
On April 15 around 3 p.m., a green Nissan Quest fatally struck a 30-year-old man at Wentworth Avenue and 113th Street. The man had been working near the railroad tracks there, police said in a bulletin released Thursday.
The driver of the van left the scene at a high rate of speed without stopping or helping the man, police said.
