DePaul students alarmed by reported sexual assaults on the Lincoln Park campus
CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Two sexual assaults this week on DePaul University's Lincoln Park campus have students concerned.
One incident occurred at the student center and the second was at a dorm. Both involved female students and, campus police believe, it was the same man.
"I definitely feel very uncomfortable," student Hayla Brooks told CBS-2.
Brooks added she has an issue with how the university has handled it.
"I wish we were just given more information. Like they said, we don't know what to look out for – like it could be anybody," Brooks said.
Other students said the same thing, about the vague alert sent by the public safety department.
One said it's "very unsettling."
Police said the incidents are under investigation.
