(WBBM NEWSRADIO) -- A 56-year-old driving instructor in Kane County is accused of sexually abusing one of his teenage students, and prosecutors say the case is still an open investigation.

Paul Bocska, a driver's ed instructor at the Drive Now Driving School in St. Charles, is charged with eight counts of criminal sexual assault and five counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse, prosecutors announced Tuesday.

The victim was under 18 and one of Bocska's students, officials said. During a two-month period two years ago, Bocska allegedly had sexual contact with the victim.

Now, the state's attorney's office is asking for tips related to the case.

Bocska, of St. Charles, is free after posting $5,000 bond.
