CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) — The Chicago Police Department has asked for help in its effort to track down three people wanted in connection to a violent carjacking in Greater Grand Crossing.
CPD released surveillance images on Wednesday that show each of the three individuals.
The carjacking took place shortly after 3:30 a.m. on Jan. 28 near the corner of East 71st Street and South Martin Luther King Drive.
Police said the victim was forced from his vehicle and subsequently struck by another vehicle, which left the person severely injured.
The offenders then took off in the victim's vehicle.
