The others stayed inside.
Police said all three fired shots. Ruiz-Cassillas was shot more than forty times.
A Mitsubishi used in the crime was found abandoned on farm property in Beach Park.
Now, police said, multiple suspects have been identified. One is in custody and charged at this point.
He's 22-year-old Anthony Gallegos of Waukegan, now charged with first-degree murder.
When the warrant was issued, police said he was already in prison on a weapons case.
