CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - A man is being treated for serious injuries suffered in a shooting inside a gas station on the South Side Tuesday night.
According to Chicago Police, the 35-year-old man was standing in a gas station at 47th and Michigan Avenue, just before midnight. Three men, described only by police as "unknown offenders," approached.
One pulled a gun and shot the man twice in the abdomen. They ran off.
Paramedics treated the man at the scene. He was taken to University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition.
Nobody is in custody.
