BARTLETT (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Two years ago a fox in Bartlett captured attention when he got a piece of drain pipe stuck around his neck. Now, it appears he's done it again.
Pictures taken in the last couple of days have been posted on the "Find Freddy the Fox" Facebook page, showing a new pipe on the fox, if it is the same fox.
People suggested he may have been pursuing a chipmunk into a downspout. There were many efforts to catch him to remove it. Those involved said he was too smart.
"Oh no, not again," someone wrote.
Others noted it looks like Freddy, stating it had the same markings and was hanging around the same areas. But it appears they're going to leave this one, too, rather than try to trap him.
