Divers found three children ages 6, 7 and 10 in the overturned, sunken 25-foot boat, more than 30 feet deep.
Officials say all children were wearing properly fitted life jackets, according to preliminary investigation.
The Lake Geneva Fire Department said the seven other people on the boat on July 3rd were rescued, and all ten people were from Batavia, Wheaton and Fontana, Wisconsin.
The National Weather Service reported that peak wind gusts during the storm that overturned the boat were between 90 and 100 miles per hour.
