Chicago Lawn mass shooting: Reward announced as police continue investigation

CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - There’s now a reward for information leading to the person or persons behind a mass shooting last week in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood.

Cook County Crime Stoppers is offering a $10,000 reward.

It was last Monday afternoon when the shooting occurred in a home on the 3500 block of West 59th Street. Eight people,  four men and four women in their 20s and 30s were shot. Three died.

There was a birthday celebration at the time.  A Venezuelan DJ was performing. There was reportedly an argument and then gunfire.
