While it remains to be seen just how much of the Republican base will show out in 2024 to back a third Donald Trump Presidential campaign, so far the GOP’s National Committee members seem unimpressed with the former Commander-in-Chief.

According to a new poll, Trump’s support from the committee is extraordinarily slim – only four of the 168 RNC members nationwide have endorsed him.

Of the other 164, 20 outright opposed Trump returning to the White House while 35 said they were keeping their options open.

The other 99 members chose not to respond at all.

Trump threw his hat back into the running for the Republicans’ Presidential bid late last year amid an array of legal investigations into both his business dealings and his alleged mishandling of classified documents following the end of his Presidency.

In the early going though, his presence in the race has made him an early frontrunner, with his chief competition coming from Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
