Buffalo, NY (WBEN) The Federal Reserve says it has taken enforcement action against Alden State Bank.
The Federal Reserve says Alden State Bank violated the National Flood Insurance Act on numerous occasions.
Each violation carries a penalt of $2,000. Alden State Bank will pay $36,500 in total.
The bank does not admit guilt of violations.
