Lockport, NY (WBEN) The state attorney general's office is looking into the death of a man who died in Lockport Police custody this week.
"The Office of Attorney General has determined that we will assert jurisdiction in this matter. We are committed to a thorough and impartial investigation. We will not have any further comment at this time," says a statement from the AG's office into the death of Troy Hodge.
