Pittsford, NY (WBEN) This week, the Buffalo Bills will open training camp at St. John Fisher College in Pittsford for the 20th straight year. There are fewer practices this year, just eight, with three requiring tickets.
The first practice is on Thursday morning, open to the public without the need for a ticket. Todd Harrison with St. John Fisher says any day is a good day. "Any day out here, especially during the week with the crowd lesser, some people may like that," explains Harrison with ticketed practices on July 27th and 28th and August 4th.
He says the working relationship with the Bills has been outstanding. "We have a handful of people on our team who are in constant contact all year long, and a lot of it is understanding what the needs are making sure they have what they need," notes Harrison. St. John Fisher and the Bills are in the middle of a five year contract, which expires in 2021.
