BUFFALO, N.Y. (WBEN) – Buffalo Police shut down a social club on East Street on the city’s Black Rock Neighborhood that was violating the governor’s PAUSE order.
Police Captain Jeff Rinaldo said officers saw more than ten people inside of the social club that were being served alcohol. A cease-and-desist order was immediately served and an investigation into the bar continues.
The social club did not have a liquor license but was in the process of getting one.
Rinaldo said that the department receives about three or four tips per week.
